The sensor/entity/fru/inventory auto-generated cpp code should
depend on the mako template, the generator python, and the yaml
that it is built with. This modifies the autoconf to export the yaml
and the automake to set the dependencies.
Tested-by: modify one of the dependencies and watch it get rebuilt

The code coverage macros from the archive changed in a backward
incompatible way. This adds a workaround to autodetect either version
and do the right thing.
Tested:
Against the typical, older autotools and the new autotools

Moved the pam function from libusercommand to libuserlayer
Added the setPassword API in user layer.
There are modules which requires to use set password functionality
(other ipmi providers-OEM),so it's better to keep the set-password
abstracted in user-layer instead of user-commands.
LIBS macro hold libpam and libmapper.
we want to separate the libpam from lib usercommand.
so,replaced LIBS with libmapper alone.
Tested:Able to set the password in ipmi using userlayer.
ex: ipmitool user set password <userid> <password>
user password should set properly.

These are functions that are used widely by ipmid providers, so it makes
sense to put them in libipmi.so (the library that all providers must
link against).
Tested-by: use nm to inspect the binaries to see that the symbols are in
the expected library.

As channel layer is separated out from user layer lib, it
has to be manually included in libusercommands, as user
command handlers use channel layer API's
Tested-by:
1. Made sure that libusercommands are loaded on it's own
without any undefined symbol error.
2. ipmitool user list 1 works on host interface

New architecture highlights:
* The new registration detects handler type for argument unpacking.
* Upon completion the response is automatically packed.
* Handlers can make use of the new async/yield sdbusplus mechanism.
* The queue exports a new dbus interface for method-based IPMI calls.
* The legacy handler registration is still supported for now.
* The legacy dbus interface is still supported for now.

handler.hpp has the templated wrapping bits for ipmi command handler
callbacks implemented.
message.hpp has the serialization/deserialization of the ipmi data
stream into packed tuples for functions.
message/pack.hpp and message/unpack.hpp contain the actual serialization
and deserialization of types.

Separate the channel implementation from the user implementation. It is
possible to link only against the channel layer, but if code is using
the user layer, it is likely to need both user and channel code.
This makes it so that ipmid can support the notion of channels without
supporting users.

This starts a transition to common ipmid libraries that providers can
link against. It will allow for a cleaner separation between common
ipmid functionality and daemon type specific code. This is needed so we
can resolve all of the symbols in the providers at link time instead of
discovering bad linkage by building and running a full ipmi daemon.
In future commits libraries will be packaged for libipmid and libipmid-host
which provide all of the symbols used by the current set of ipmid
providers.
This is the first step, it just separates and renames the headers.
Legacy symlinks are still kept around for compatability. It also adds
stub libraries so that external users can start linking as intended.

The IPMI to NIC channel mapping was done using a hard coded scheme.
The scheme used generic channel names which were then mapped to
specific device names. The hard coded generic to specific naming
convention is removed, and the JSON file contains the device name
directly.

This reverts commit 54fad6de0541c2f98e9b511f1d30bbcbcd743db6.
This commit is reverted because the mapping of D-Bus object path to
sensor information is still needed. The mapping is needed to serve
the SEL commands which translate D-Bus logging objects to SEL entries.

This standardizes the set of CXX flags used to compile. This makes the
file easier to read and ensures that all the libraries are all compiled
with the same options as the executable.
This also adds -Wno-psabi, which reduces the number of "Note:" messages
when cross-compiling some STL stuff for ARM. See
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/48149323/strange-gcc-warning-when-compiling-qt-project
for details. Basically, gcc 6 and gcc 7 are not ABI compatible, but
since the whole openbmc project uses the same compiler, we can safely
ignore the informational notes.

We need to make sure that libuserlayer is installed before libipmi20
tries to install + relink. Otherwise the relink will fail causing the
build to sometimes fail. We can only guarantee this ordering safely by
using automake SUBDIRS since they are guaranteed to be executed in
order.

The pam_misc was deliberately included by the
Makefile_am, however, no calls into pam_ were made
from libuserlayer. Pam calls were made from
usercommand.cpp, in libipmi20.so. The calls are
part of the primary pam library.
Before:
objdump -t phosphor-host-ipmid/.libs/libipmi20.so\
|grep "UND"|grep -v "@@"|grep "pam"

0000000000000000 *UND* 0000000000000000 pam_start
Now:
objdump -t ./.libs/libipmi20.so|grep "UND"|grep pam

Squashed commit containing Basic User Management

Unit Test:

2. Verified user related command responses
commit b46b869c0a3958a572b976b3bbaf6b5f33673778
Author: Richard Marian Thomaiyar <richard.marian.thomaiyar@linux.intel.com>

Fix static objects to directly link user layer
User layer library has to be directly linked with netipmid
in order to be used in RAKP commands. Hence user layer
library should not initialize the static bus objects in file
scope, as ipmid_get_sd_bus_connection() won't be available
during this time. Hence moved it under function scope and
initialize it later.
Unit test:
Made sure, with this change it is loaded perfectly under
phosphor-ipmi-host & phosphor-ipmi-net and responding to
all user commands

Fix to use proper user index for set user name
Fix to use proper user index, instead of bailing out
on first empty index. If user creation is requested on
random index with previous index empty, then signal
handler updates the data in first empty index, instead of
traversing the user list fully. Fix added to mark the first
free index, and still search for match to skip if found.
Unit Test:
Verified that user added in random index shows in that index
using ipmitool set user name command.

Exposes user layer library which will be used by both
apphandler and netipmid for RAKP. Password is decrypted
from the special file which is used by pam-ipmi.

The common timer class from sdbusplus offers all the timer goodness that
we currently use. The unit test is also no longer needed (and has been
added to sdbusplus's version of the timer.hpp implementation).

All but one standard System Info Parameter and most (all?) OEM
parameters are string type. Add a interface to connect string callbacks
to System Info Parameter selector codes. Also add a convenience call
that can connect a static string to a parameter selector code.

As the project moves forward, we are updating it to use c++17 and some
of the features that it offers, as well as some more boost bits. This
patch makes sure that all the boost libraries are header only, adds in
c++17, and makes sure that the libraries required are linked properly.

the base library that contains all of the default implementations of
IPMI 2.0 commands.

OemRouter adds a facility to register OEM Group Message handlers,
then dispatch matching messages to the registered handler.
Added as a core source so that any dynamic provider can register its
messages without requiring any specific load order.
Includes code fixes for x86 portability.

Previously, the ipmi daemon only supported eth0 and hard-coded it
to channel 1. This allows one to map via a configuration. The
channel number provided is checked against a configuration to retrieve
the ethernet device identifier, e.g. eth0.
Tested: Ran on a quanta-q71l and was able to properly set MAC, IP,
Netmask, Gateway IP, and then verified the data was set for the eth1
via `ip addr show eth1`.

I split out the channel commands into their own
subordinate file from the apphandler.cpp. There
are three commands in apphandler for the channel
information. There are other commands in the
transporthandler that correlate.
Moving this is step one in a larger task to enable
multiple channels.

I split out the watchdog command handlers into their own
subordinate file from the apphandler. This reduces the
size of the contents of the apphandler file, and logically
cuts out code into its own files.

commands from OpenBmc common code and also OpenPower
