We use o suffix to indicate record form instuctions,
(as it is similar to dot '.' in mne?)
This was fine before, as we did not support XO-form.
However, with https://reviews.llvm.org/D66902,
we now have XO-form support.
It becomes confusing now to still use 'o' for record form,
and it is weird to have something like 'Oo' .
This patch rename all 'o' instructions to use '_rec' instead.
Also rename `isDot` to `isRecordForm`.

mir parsing
Summary:
This catches malformed mir files which specify alignment as log2 instead of pow2.
See https://reviews.llvm.org/D65945 for reference,
This is patch is part of a series to introduce an Alignment type.
See this thread for context: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2019-July/133851.html

In preparation for adding support for named vregs we are changing the sigil for
physical registers in MIR to '$' from '%'. This will prevent name clashes of
named physical register with named vregs.

compute it
Rename AllVRegsAllocated to NoVRegs. This avoids the connotation of
running after register and simply describes that no vregs are used in
a machine function. With that we can simply compute the property and do
not need to dump/parse it in .mir files.

print/parser it
tracksSubRegLiveness only depends on the Subtarget and a cl::opt, there
is not need to change it or save/parse it in a .mir file.
Make the field const and move the initialization LiveIntervalAnalysis to the
MachineRegisterInfo constructor. Also cleanup some code and fix some
instances which better use MachineRegisterInfo::subRegLivenessEnabled() instead
of TargetSubtargetInfo::enableSubRegLiveness().

Specifying isSSA is an extra line at best and results in invalid MI at
worst. Compute the value instead.

Currently the MIR framework prints all its outputs (errors and actual
representation) on stderr.
This patch fixes that by printing the regular output in the output
specified with -o.

Fix PR27943 "Bad machine code: Using an undefined physical register".
SUBFC8 implicitly defines the CR0 register, but this was omitted in
the instruction definition.
