Rather than having to remember to include config.h anywhere
we reference a CONFIG variable (and usually forgetting),
this adds it to the default compiler flags so that it
gets included in every source file we build.

The address where SBE is to populate the ultravisor white/blacklist
is to be put in Mbox reg1, which means that the register needs to
be masked in the command we're sending. Before this change, only
Mbox reg0 was masked, and SBE was not getting the correct address
at which to populate the UVBWLIST. This change masks Mbox Reg 1 so
that SBE can receive the correct address for the UVBWLIST.

This commit does the following:
- Adds an interface to detect if physical presence has been asserted
-- This happens in istep 6
-- If the window is open to detect this, it is then closed here
- Adds an interface to possibly open the window to look for physical presence
-- This happens in istep 10
-- It first checks to see if the window should be opened
-- If the window is opened then the system shuts down to wait for
physical presence to be asserted on the next power on
- Adds the necessary attributes to support and test this functionality

This commit makes the necessary changes to support the GPIO devices
used for physical presence detection:
- New attribute GPIO_INFO_PHYS_PRES
- Enable GPIO Device Driver by default
- GPIO Device Driver updated to support new device type
- Added new GPIO PCA9551 layer to sit on top of GPIO Device Driver

Recent changes to add more data to our exception path have made
the printk output we get in our error logs less useful than it
should be. It currently takes at minimum 1076 bytes for a single
exception. That number would increase if the backtrace got very
large. This change resizes the buffer to allow for 17 stack
frames within a single exception (1280 bytes).

On a NVDIMM system we need to make sure that we don't
use the NV memory for the HOMER (or other reserved

the NV memory could be placed at the top of memory
where we would normally land.

While performing presence detection on the PMIC targets we need
to first read the parent OCMB's SPD to see what device address
the PMIC is on. There was a bug where we were attempting to read
the parent OCMB's spd without first checking if the OCMB is
present itself. This commit adds a check to ensure we dont attempt
i2c reads on devices that are not present. Also this commit adds
a check to make sure we do not attempt presence detection on GEMINI

Depending on which vendor made a given OCMB the i2c device address
of the PMIC targets on the OCMB will be different. To account for this
we have added a new DYNAMIC_DEVICE_ADDRESS attribute. This attribute
is filled out on the PMIC target by looking at the SPD on parent
OCMB chip. This means that we must do presence detection on the OCMB
prior to the the PMIC targets. While doing i2c operations if a given
target has the DYNAMIC_DEVICE_ADDRESS we will use that over the devAddr
in the any complex i2c attribute for that target.

The current procedure code is using the sequence id portion
of the FW message to indicate the type of the command rather
than the command number. This makes error handling very
difficult because we can't detect which ocmb we are accessing
when we detect a failure. Create a function backed ekb attribute
to hold the sequence id so that every time we retrieve this attribute,
we increment the valuwe on the next get.

Inband SRAM can be accessed via scom i2c commands. To Explorer,
a register address and an internal memory address are the same thing.
That allows us to execute the inband command set even if the
OMI link is not active. A new attribute determinds when this
inband i2c is required so it can be an easy override for lab use.
By default, this i2c path will not execute when OMI links are working.

With the DDR4 DDIMM SPD there are really two parts. There is the
640 bytes of information you typically see in a DIMM's SPD and then
there are 2 KB - 640 bytes of EFD (extensible function descriptors)
to give vendors space to add customized data. In many cases we want
the ENTIRE_SPD (including the EFD area) but in other cases we want
to save some time/space and only read in the first 640 bytes. This
new keyword will give us that flexibility.

There has been a trend to create more HWPs that process raw data.
This allows Hostboot and Cronus to share more code. The trick is
that we generally want to call these HWPs inside traditionally
hostboot-only code. This new fapiwrap directory will help encapsulate
all of the calls to ekb code in one place. That way if we ever need
to remove HWPs/EKB code it will be easier to stub out the calls. In the
past we have contaminated a lot of Hostboot-only code with calls out
to EKB code. This new new directory should help avoid this issue.

given as a parameter to FFDC functions. The errl supplied was nullptr
causing hostboot to crash as a result. This commit fixes that by

Added a method that will do an NVM (non-volatile memory)
health check. In particular this method will check the
flash error counts and does a predictive callout
if the number of flash error counts exceeds the maximum
allowed. This method also checks the bad block percentage
and does a predictive callout if the number of bad block
percentage exceeds the maximum allowed. A predictive
callout is done if either or both fail the check.
Added support in the runtime commands to make the nvm health check
call as well.
Also, when I did the ES (energy source) health check method, I was
not very explicit in the method that it was doing an ES health
check. So I updated the verbiage in the nvDimmCheckHealthStatus
to add ES wherever appropriate as to make these two method
explicit as to what health check is being performed.

This commit adds logic to cache the VERSION partition so that
errl commit function is able to use the cached data instead of sending
messages to SPnorRP queue. Said messages also cause deadlocks
if secureboot verifications fail, since the code attempts to
send a synch message to the SPnorRP queue while it's handling
another synch message. These changes only impact OP systems and
code paths.

A bug was discovered on OpenPOWER systems wherein if SMF
is enabled, we would checkstop in istep10.1 when trying
to XSCOM to the slave proc. The issue was that SBE at that
time didn't know we were booting in SMF mode and so didn't
set up the XSCOM BAR for the slave proc appropriately.
The solution is to force SBE update in istep7.5 if SMF is
enabled in the MRW (ATTR_SMF_CONFIG) but SBE doesn't yet
know about that (bit 16 in scratch reg6 is not set).

fapi2::getScom on OCMB targets eventually resolves
to a mmio call at runtime.
This commit registers a runtime version of mmioScomPerformOp
to the IBSCOM device ops for OCMB targets.
During runtime, hostboot will rely on the hypervisor (opal/phyp)
to issue the inband commands to perform the operation on the
desired OCMB.

There are checks we do during the memory intialization where we check
to make sure that both processors have the same frequence set for
their OMI traffic. If a processor has no OCMB targets then its
OMI frequence will not get set so we should ignore those processors
for this comparison.

The reason the deviceRead is returning bad data, from an NVDIMM register,
is because the register data is segmented across several pages. One must
first set the page correctly before attempting to do a read of a register.
This fix will set the page up correctly before doing a read/write to an
NVDIMM register.
