* gcc.dg/torture/builtin-frexp-1.c: On mips*-*-irix6* and
powerpc*, use -funsafe-math-optimizations.
* gcc.dg/torture/builtin-logb-1.c: Likewise.
* gcc.dg/torture/builtin-modf-1.c: Likewise.
