Add virtual/phosphor-ipmi-sensor-inventory
This virtual provides a YAML file that serves as sensor
inventory configuration for phosphor-host-ipmid.
Add a native recipe that builds the configuration from MRW.
Set this recipe as the default for OpenPOWER systems.
