* RDMA/ipoib: Remove check for ETH_SS_TESTKamal Heib2019-06-111-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | The default action for unlisted tests is "not-supported", so given that ipoib doesn't support ETH_SS_TEST, there is no need to check for it in the case statements, just let it get caught by the default: case. | | | | | | | | | | The proper return code is "-EOPNOTSUPP" when the modify_cq() callback is not supported, all drivers should generate this and all users should check for it when detecting not supported functionality. * RDMA/core: Rename kernel modify_cq to better describe its usageLeon Romanovsky2017-11-131-2/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | Current ib_modify_cq() is used to set CQ moderation parameters. This patch renames ib_modify_cq() to be rdma_set_cq_moderation(), because the kernel version of RDMA API doesn't need to follow already exposed to user's API pattern (create_XXX/modify_XXX/query_XXX/destroy_XXX) and better to have more accurate name which describes the actual usage. * | RDMA: Simplify get firmware interfaceLeon Romanovsky2017-08-101-2/+1
|/ | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | There is a need to forward FW version to user space application through RDMA netlink. In order to make it safe, there is need to declare nla_policy and limit the size of FW string. The new define IB_FW_VERSION_NAME_MAX will limit the size of FW version string. That define was chosen to be equal to ETHTOOL_FWVERS_LEN, because many drivers anyway are limited by that value indirectly. The introduction of this define allows us to remove the string size from get_fw_str function signature. Signed-off-by: Leon Romanovsky <leonro@mellanox.com>
* RDMA/IPoIB: Replace netdev_priv with ipoib_priv for ipoib_get_link_ksettingsHonggang Li2017-06-011-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | ipoib_dev_init accesses the wrong private data for the IPoIB device. Commit cd565b4b51e5 (IB/IPoIB: Support acceleration options callbacks) changed ipoib_priv from being identical to netdev_priv to being an area inside of, but not the same pointer as, the netdev_priv pointer. As such, the struct we want is the ipoib_priv area, not the netdev_priv area, so use the right accessor, otherwise we kernel panic. | | | | | | | | | | Use a dedicated CQ for UD send completions. Also, do not arm the UD send CQ, which reduces the number of interrupts generated.
