ARM is moving to stricter checks on readl/write functions,
so we need to use the correct types everywhere.
At the moment, this patch conflicts with other patches in linux-next,
need to sort this out.

Add asm/cputype.h, moving functions and definitions from asm/system.h
there. Convert all users of 'processor_id' to the more efficient
read_cpuid_id() function.
