Merge branch 'disintegrate-asm-generic' of git://git.infradead.org/users/dhowells/linux-headers into asm-generic
Patches from David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>: This is to complete part of the UAPI disintegration for which the preparatory patches were pulled recently.
