iscsi-target: add int (*iscsit_validate_params)()
Add int (*iscsit_validate_params)() to
struct iscsit_transport, iscsi-target
uses this callback for validating
conn operational parameters.
cxgbit.ko needs this callback to check
and update the value of
MAXXMITDATASEGMENTLENGTH.
