I saw the EKB developers removed this unused attribute so I am
removing it from our customized list to reduce the clutter

- There is an extremly intermittent situation
where on a system with no IPC message passing
the INTRP will receive an IPC message from the
kernel. To debug why this is happening, the
printk buffer is being added to the errorlog to
help debug this problem the next time it occurs

Currently, TPS can be banned via the TpsEvent construtor and through
MemTdCtlr::banTps(). This causes some confusion so the TpsEvent
contructor has been modified.

Currently, fetch CEs on MCA are only masked if TPS is banned using the
TpsEvent contructor. Unfortunately, there are several other locations
where TPS can be banned. So moved the support to MemTdCtlr::banTps().

('extend') the nonces passed between the nodes via the ABUSes. It
also cleans up some other TODOs and traces.

This change adds absolute addresses to HDAT for the SP ATTN area
that the PHyp team can now use for predictably locating PHyp
debug information. In addition, Hostboot now populates attributes
with its intended PHyp ATTN area start addresses for FSP to read.

During Hostboot IPL time we do not know about other node's OBUSes
so the PEER_TARGET attribute on the OBUS targets should be NULL.
During HBRT init we will gain information about other node's OBUS
targets so we will write the correct values during HBRT init. During
MPIPL we must again adjust the PEER_TARGET values as the virtual
memory map changes. There was a bug for the MPIPL side of things where
we were not writing NULL to the OBUS's PEER_TARGET attribute when
we should have. Writing NULL is correct because Hostboot is unaware
of where the OBUS target is in memory during IPL time. The correct
address will get written into the attribute during HBRT init after
the MPIPL completes.

There are two ways to handle the scenario where there is no
memory at address zero.
a) For systems not running PHYP we swap the entire memory
map between each chip. We use ATTR_PROC_EFF_FABRIC_xx
to do this.
b) For PHYP systems we boot Hostboot into a different address
space, leaving a hole at zero. We use ATTR_PROC_MEM_TO_USE
to do this.
There is a code upgrade issue related to ATTR_PROC_EFF_FABRIC_xx
where it can get stuck with the wrong value. If we are running
in mode b, we never touch those attributes. This change will
force an attribute update to get things back in line.

This commit creates a new interface that will be called in istep 18
to facilitate the exchanging of Link Mailboxes messages between nodes
acros the ABUS interface. It also does the basic procedure without
all of the final FFDC and RAS implementation that will come in
subsequent commits. All error logs are deleted to not kill any
IPLs until full functionality is tested.

is checked in the doShutdown path prior to printing any
console traces.
There may be a situation very early in the IPL where we
attempt to write to console before the console daemon has
been started. This causes timeouts and IPL failures.

This buffer is designed to be used in a runtime environment.
I am laying the ground work for an over arching story that will
save traces in a buffer for future consumption.
For this commit, I have created the methods necessary to add, remove and find
available space (for an Entry) in a buffer bound region of memory using a
circular, doubly linked list.

-Hostboot master Drawer will create TRACEBUF section in the HB
Rsvd Mem and HBRT, while booting, gets the TRACEBUF section
details and initializes the circual buffer, if available.
-If a valid data is present in the buffer, HBRT will create an
info log ERRL, otherwise initializes the buffer.
-Traces from all components are serialized and stored in the
single TRACEBUF in the same format (fsp-binary Trace). When
buffer is full, it deletes the oldest entry/entries to store
the new ones.
-ERRL->collectTrace() works similar to other buffers.
-A new test case is added to dump the traces from TRACEBUF.

Once resource recovery is run to recover hardware resources to
allow the system to boot, it will not be run again until the
configuration of the hardware changes. An issue with that design
is that the HWAS state, deconfiguredByEid, will not be properly
updated in situations where resource recovery has already run.
This state is used by the gard command line tool to inform
the user on the state of their garded hardware.
This commit ensure the deconfiguredByEid is properly updated
for targets that are guarded, but have been resource recovered
to allow system boot.

There are currently two competing sets of attributes related to
the DIMM position.
- Legacy (P8) MBA_PORT/MBA_DIMM
- New (P9) CEN_MBA_PORT/CEN_MBA_DIMM
These two sets of attributes are not currently being populated
with the same data in all of the MRW xml files. The P9 HWPs are
using the CEN_ versions but there is a lot of code on the FSP
that is still using the old versions. Additionally, the Nimbus
MRW XMLs are using MBA_PORT to represent the dimm position
behind the MCA (even though there is only a single port on the
MCA and MBA is erroneous).
This commit attempts to consolidate things into a new set of
more generic (and hopefully more descriptive) attributes to use
for all system types. The MRW parsing logic has been modified
to consume whatever data it can to populate all 3 sets of data
with the same values. Eventually we will deprecate the 2
previous attribute sets once we've cleaned all the existing files
up.
The new attributes are:
- MEM_PORT
- POS_ON_MEM_PORT

Current code doesn't take into account the case where an
EX has no core under. In this scenario, the code skips the
current proc and takes out the cores in the next proc.
This leads to more cores taken out from the next proc if
current proc has more EXs with no core.
The fix is to look and take out the next available cores
in current proc until no core available before move on
to the next proc.
