Adds the necessary code to update the firmware data of the BPM. This
commit doesn't support the config data portion of the update. The BPM
code hasn't been hooked into the existing NVDIMM code yet either. These
things, along with error paths, will be added in future commits.

Add logic for Thread Pool to return error log when
shutdown() is called if a child thread (or multiple
child threads) had crashed. This is a default behavior,
but a constructor option can switch this functionality
off.
The new logic will aid in debugging of the failures of
child processes, as the failures could be catched when
they occurred and not at some point after.

Implements the main algorithm for finding applicable UCDs to perform flash
update on and walking the UCD flash image table of contents to find the
image associated with a UCD. Also adds a check to skip the update if
simics is running.

Memory VPD contents have changed since the cards have been
built so we need to provide a method to override the data
as part of a FW build. We have done the same thing
previously for the MEMD record on the Nimbus machines
so will use the same design here for SPDX.
As part of this change, the previous MEMD support was
refactored to be completely generic so a single code path
can be used for any arbitrary record.

This change alters where Hostboot copies the Phyp secure header; instead
of placing it in front of PHYP (PHyp HRMOR-4k), it instead redirects it to the
standard reserved memory area. By doing this, we prevent it from
unintentionally ending up in mirrored memory.

-Hostboot master Drawer will create TRACEBUF section in the HB
Rsvd Mem and HBRT, while booting, gets the TRACEBUF section
details and initializes the circual buffer, if available.
-If a valid data is present in the buffer, HBRT will create an
info log ERRL, otherwise initializes the buffer.
-Traces from all components are serialized and stored in the
single TRACEBUF in the same format (fsp-binary Trace). When
buffer is full, it deletes the oldest entry/entries to store
the new ones.
-ERRL->collectTrace() works similar to other buffers.
-A new test case is added to dump the traces from TRACEBUF.

This commit removes the size parameter from utilDeallocateTces() as
we should be able to use the token parameter to get back the saved
size of the region. This commit also cleans up some other minor
TCE issues and even fixes one I2C trace.

For every instance where a firmware_request is made, it is possible
to get an error if the FSP is doing a reset/reload. Now, if an
error returned from the firmware_request call indicates that the
FSP is doing a reset/reload, the firmware_request call will be made
again. Also refactored the code. Consolidated the calls to
firmware_request to another file to facilitate the adding/updating
of messages.

The Hypervisor needs a way to send down an address to the host so that
the host can account for the HRMOR moving and still be able to boot
on an MPIPL. To do this we are adding another subsection to the
existing reserved memory section which already was holding VPD and
attribute info. This subsection will serve as the HB-HYP communication
region. For now PHYP is the only hypervisor using this space and they
are only using it to store the HRMOR if they decide to move it. In order
for the hypervisor to easily find where to write the HRMOR we added an
address pointer to HDAT that hostboot will fill in to tell PHYP where to
write the HRMOR. This is all setting up for us to be able to read the
HRMOR after an MPIPL so that we can load the hypervisor in at the correct
address.

Additionally it was found that sorting the CompInfoMap resulted to
direct key lookup to not work for the POWERVM component, so removed it.

This commit makes changes in istep 16 to set up temporary memory
regions that the FSP will use to DMA-via-TCEs the PAYLOAD and HDAT
sections into memory in istep 20. Then in istep 21 Hostboot will
verify and move these sections to the final memory locations.

This commit looks to see if the system is using TCEs and then
uses them in the utillidmgr. There were also some updates to the
TCE interfaces to allow for this support.

In a manufacturing environment it is desired to reboot once
(and only once) to get the FIRDATA analysis on checkstop.
This commit adds functionality to control the auto reboot policy
on the BMC. It then "remembers" the state using the HB VOLATILE
PNOR partition to enable reboots when in MFG mode.
Note that when in this mode, any reboot (even from host) will
terminate the boot.

This commit adds an attribute that the FSP team can use to tell
Hostboot to enable the TCE path for DMAs. When the FSP sets this
attribute, the hostboot code will initialize the TCE settings.

- Original code used ATTR_ASYNC_NEST_FREQ_MHZ to determine
powerbus freq to a fixed value. This change allows the
processor #V to control the powerbus freq if the MRW
value for ATTR_ASYNC_NEST_FREQ_MHZ == 0xFFFF. Any other
nest value will still allow the MRW to control the powerbus
frequency

-Supported by debug tools (ecmd-debug-framework/Cronus)
Only in istep mode and between isteps
Requires HB to be running
-Uses output of attributeOverride tool (same format as ATTR_TMP)
-Introduces two new "debug" isteps
255,4,set_attr_overrides
255,5,clear_attr_overrides
-Once istep is triggered Hostboot sends down address/size
and the debug tool uses putmempba to push data to cache/mem.
Then Hostboot consumes just like ATTR_TMP

Currently on reconfig reboots only parts that are GUARDed
are remembered and reapplied.
- Add suport for a semi persisent PNOR partition,
HB_VOLATILE which Hostboot uses to keep track of the reconfig
reboots vs power off
- Add a new GUARD type specifically for reconfig loops
- Add RECALL_DECONFIG_ON_RECONFIG config flag to control
what gets added to GUARD partition
- During boot will add/clear guard records on deconfig based
on config flags and semi persisent state.
