Changed partitions (WOFDATA, MEMD)
to be signed with a hash page table bit. This generates

Similar to the AST MBOX implementation, the IPMI PNOR implementation
negotiates the layout of the LPC FW space with the BMC, but using IPMI
rather than the AST mailbox as a protocol transport. The same protocol
is still used and has simply been adapted to the new interface.
Note that currently the change of transport has had a 2-3x impact on
boot performance. Optimisation is an ongoing effort.

This commit flags the RC_BASE_EXT_MISMATCH reason code as a terminating
reason code to tell FSP that there is an expected boot failure without a
deconfiguration (and to handle like a secure boot verification failure)

Partitions marked with readOnly tag in the xml were treated
as WRITABLE in the code. This change modifies the permissions
to be READ_ONLY and adds unit tests to test the read only functionality.

When a PNOR section without a header is flashed onto a system that
doesn't have SECUREBOOT compiled in, no header checks are performed,
but the code still acts as if the header is present, and so the
virtual address of the section is set to point past the secure
header, which is 0x1000 into the section image, which causes all
kinds of issues. This change adds logic to check the headers even
when Secure Boot features are compiled out.

This commit moves functionality out of pnor_common.C and puts it in
a new file pnor_utils.C this file will be shared with bootloader and
hostboot code. Quite a few files were pulled apart in order to make
includes easier across modules. These are lpc_const.H and pnor_const.H.
bl_pnorAccess leverages the new pnor_utils.C file that will help the
bootloader parse pnor TOC

Refactored the PNOR device driver to pull all SFC-specific

should be created to support it.
Also added the full support for the AST2400 BMC that is
being used on Palmetto.

This commit adds a new test during istep 9.2 where all possible
Alternative Master's will have their LPC connection to PNOR tested.
The test will be done by creating a unique PnorDD class and reading
out the PNOR's TOC. This commit also updates the PnorDD class to
use a non-MASTER_PROCESSOR_CHIP_TARGET_SENTINEL target.

Improving the workaround implemented in Story 53201 to be more
efficient. Changing to use the normal SFC polling to determine
when the write/erase operations are complete and then reading
the Micron Flag Status register once to keep the chip from
getting into a bad state. This should reduce the traffic on the
SPI bus.

The current Micron parts require some special operations after a
read or write operation, otherwise future operations won't work.

Implemented support to access real PNOR. However, PNORDD will
still use fake PNOR by default. Test cases to test the
real pnor code.

-Add first pass of LPC logic to PNOR driver
-Add interfaces to handle future SPI changes
-Remove support for MMRD/PMRW modes from driver and RP
Code will still use our fake PNOR image in memory but it will
exercise more of the full driver path by reading/writing in
32-bit chunks.

There are a group of attributes defined for FSI now.
-ATTR_FSI_MASTER_CHIP
-ATTR_FSI_MASTER_TYPE
-ATTR_FSI_MASTER_PORT
-ATTR_FSI_SLAVE_CASCADE
-ATTR_FSI_OPTION_FLAGS
Also includes work for Story 3996. The attributes are now broken
into 3 distinct pieces:
- attribute_types.xml : defines hostboot attributes
- target_types.xml : defines different types of targets
- XXX.system.xml : system-specific information, equivalent to what
we'll get from system workbook
These are then used to generic system-specific binaries, currently
for 3 platforms:
- simics_SALERNO_targeting.bin
- simics_VENICE_targeting.bin
- vbu_targeting.bin
