We were seeing check_for_ready timeout intermittently in driver
tests. In locally built driver we saw that if we retried the hwp
a few times we eventually passed. Incrementing the timeout value
in the HWP itself did not seem to make the problem go away. We will
remove this retry loop when we figure out the root of the problem.

The SBE currently returns the SPR/GPR type/number. This
commit has hostboot replace that with the SPR/GPR name when
copying the data into HDAT for easier parsing.

In an effort to speed up the nvdimm update, full 32-byte
blocks can now be sent via I2C SMBUS with no initial byte count byte.
Since a block write seems more prone to random system interrupt, this
code should be restricted to run on v3.A or beyond which has the
timeout increased to mitigate these interrupts.
Test results have shown about a 5 minute improvement per NVDIMM.

An HBRT error log larger than 4K sent to the host will be truncated
to 4K before it reaches HWSV, where a size mismatch prevents processing
of the log. To avoid this, truncate the HBRT log to 4K before sending
across interface to host.

If a file called ATTR_TMP or GUARD exists in the simics search
path, they will be automatically loaded into pnor when simics
starts. The offset is computed when the pnor is built by
way of a generated python file that we then load into simics.

The ffdcExpander tool will extract the various debug elements from a gzipped
SYSDUMP file, a SYSDUMP file or from a HB dump file with a given build tag.
The given dump files can be located in the current local directory or in a
directory elsewhere. The artifacts that are produced are: Trace, Printk, Errl,
Errl with tool option 0X9000013E, Ps, Ps with backtrace, PageMgr and Bltrace.
These artifacts can be produced in the current local directory or redirected to
a directory elsewhere via option -d, default is the local directory.
Caller has the option of adding the artifacts attached to a defect via the -a
option. If caller uses the -a option followed by a defect number, then the
caller will be prompted for their CQ user id and password. Passwords will not
be displayed as they are typed.
An artifact that is produced is a file with the name of the FSP build tag.
Mainly as a FYI to the caller. The contents of this file is the build tag,
FSP driver, FSP driver location and all the commands that ran to create the
other artifacts: Trace, Printk, etc.

The memory channel is defined as a single MCC, and all of the
memory on that channel is part of a single address space. That
means that both OCMBs on the same MCC share an address space.
While this isn't the same mechanism as true interleaving, it
looks the same to the code consuming HDAT, so we need to set
the sharing flags appropriately.

capture on the SBE for OPAL based systems. This commit
adds the setup to PHYP based systems as well.

Word4 of the SRC is defined to be the 'last progress code' for
FSP SRCs. For Hostboot TIs, we currently leave that word zero.
This change will add the same data that we put into the scratch
register 5 into word4 so that we will have the failing istep for
any TI we encounter.

For some NVDIMM errors, Hostboot generates a PEL record, that
contains a dump of NVDIMM controller registers.
The values of these registers can be decoded and analyzed using the
JEDEC specification JESD245, but it is difficult to do without standard
register names.
This changes replaces human readable descriptions with JEDEC specific
names in the errl plugin implementation.

During axone bringup a workaround was put in place to avoid some

for axone we want the same behavior. This commit reverts the
behavior of the hdatGetI2cDeviceInfo to what is was previous to
the workaround.
