   are used when declaring builtin functions.

   Before including this header, you must define the following macros:

   DEF_PRIMITIVE_TYPE (ENUM, TYPE)

     The ENUM is an identifier indicating which type is being defined.
     TYPE is an expression for a `tree' that represents the type.
