PR libstdc++/40133
* acinclude.m4 ([GLIBCXX_ENABLE_ATOMIC_BUILTINS]): On *-*-linux*,
*-*-uclinux*, *-*-kfreebsd*-gnu | *-*-gnu* targets do link tests when
possible.
* configure: Regenerate.
