* configure.in (mips*-*-linux*): Use mips*el to check for little
endian MIPS, add tmake_file.
* config/mips/linux.h (TARGET_VERSION): Use GNU/Linux.
(SUBTARGET_CPP_SPEC): Default MIPS_ISA is 1.
