* 1750a-protos.h: New file.
* 1750a.c: Include tm_p.h. Add static prototypes. Fix compile
time warnings.
* 1750a.h: Move prototypes to 1750a-protos.h. Fix compile time
warnings.
* 1750a.md: Likewise.
