* Makefile.def (bfd, opcodes): Fix lib_path.
* Makefile.tpl (POSTSTAGE1_FLAGS_TO_PASS): Replace ADAC with ADAFLAGS.
(restrap): Move under "@if gcc-bootstrap". Fix typo.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
