* alias.c: Minor reformatting.
* flow.c: Likewise.
* regs.h: Likewise.

* fold-const.c: Likewise.
(OVERFLOW_SUM_SIGN): Renamed from overflow_sum_sign.
(struct cb_args, const_binop_1, const_binop): Pass type of arg,
not arg itself.
(size_int_wide): Cache nodes even if garbage collecting.
(twoval_comparison_p): Reenable SAVE_EXPR case if operand
of SAVE_EXPR has no side effects.

(int_size_in_bytes): Return -1 if constant overflows.
* reload.c (combine_reloads): Do nothing if no output reload
