* global.c (CONFLICTP, SET_CONFLICT): Avoid signed division.
(mirror_conflicts): New function.
(global_alloc): Call it.
(expand_preferences): Remove redundant CONFLICTP test.
(find_reg, dump_conflicts): Likewise.
(prune_preferences): Process conflicts one word at a time.
