* dsp16xx-protos.h: New file.
* dsp16xx.c: Include tm_p.h. Add static prototypes. Fix compile
time warnings.
* dsp16xx.h: Move prototypes to dsp16xx-protos.h. Fix compile time

* dsp16xx.md: Likewise.
