(alpha_bad_lval): ... this.
Removed file list.
Restrict to alpha*-dec-osf*.
* fixinc/fixincl.x: Regenerate.
* fixinc/tests/base/dirent.h: Remove, moving test ...
* fixinc/tests/base/testing.h: ... here, reflecting new name.
