* config.gcc (*-*-netbsd*): Add NETBSD_ENABLE_PTHREADS to
tm_defines if pthreads are enabled.
* config/netbsd.h (LIB_SPEC): Only support the -pthread option
if NETBSD_ENABLE_PTHREADS is defined.
