* config/mips/mips.c (init_cumulative_args): Remember to set
cum->prototype.
* config.gcc: Redo linux configuration. Add target_cpu_default
of soft-float to all mipsisa32 combinations and tx39.
* config/mips/linux.h: Remove include of mips.h.
