Define as empty.
(ggc_realloc): Update valgrind annotations.
* ggc-page.c [!ENABLE_VALGRIND_CHECKING] (VALGRIND_DISCARD):
Define as empty.
(alloc_anon, free_page, ggc_alloc, poison_pages): Add machinery to
valgrind-annotate memory.
