* gnu/java/nio/FileLockImpl.java (fd): Remove field, replacing it by:
(ch): New FileChannelImpl field. Update constructor to match.
(releaseImpl): Remove native method. Instead ...
(release): Call unlock on channel.
* gnu/java/nio/natFileLockImpl.cc: Removed file.
