* mn10300-protos.h: New file.
* mn10300.c: Include tm_p.h. Add static prototypes. Fix compile
time warnings.
* mn10300.h: Move prototypes to mn10300-protos.h. Fix compile time
warnings.
* mn10300.md: Likewise.
