* ggc-simple.c (init_ggc): Absorb the old init.
(ggc_push_context): Use xcalloc.
(ggc_alloc_rtx, ggc_alloc_rtvec, ggc_alloc_tree): Likewise.
(ggc_collect): Add [rvts] tags to the collection stats.
