* testsuite/tr1/8_c_compatibility/cstdlib/functions.cc: Likewise.
* testsuite/tr1/8_c_compatibility/cstdlib/types.cc: Likewise.
* testsuite/tr1/headers.cc: Update.
* include/tr1/cinttypes: Do not provide abs and div, conflicting
with the above overloads for _Longlong types.
* include/tr1/inttypes.h: Adjust.
