* c-lex.c (GETC): Redefine to call getch.
(UNGETC): Redefine to call put_back.
(putback_buffer): New structure type.
(putback): New static structure.
(getch): New function.
(put_back): New function.
(yylex): Replace unused bytes from bad multibyte character.
