* java/lang/Runtime.java (_load): Declare.
(load, loadLibrary): Wrote in terms of _load.
* java/lang/natRuntime.cc (load): Call JNI_OnLoad if it appears in
library.
(loadLibrary): Likewise.
Include <jni.h>.
(_load): New method.
(loadLibrary, load): Removed.
