	(ScrollPaneAdjustable): No longer extends Scrollbar.
	* java/beans/beancontext/BeanContextServices.java:
	Reformated.
	(getService): Added throws TooManyListenersException;
	* java/beans/beancontext/BeanContextServicesSupport.java:
	Reformated.
