* config/cris/cris.c (cris_override_options): Tweak error message
for PIC not implemented.
* config/cris/cris.h: Tweak comments related to parameter-passing.
* t-cris (TARGET_LIBGCC2_CFLAGS): Don't -Dinhibit_libc here.
