* simplify-rtx.c (simplify_replace_rtx): Convert constant comparisons
to MODE_FLOAT constants if FLOAT_STORE_FLAG_VALUE is defined.
(simplify_rtx): Likewise. Simplify (lo_sum (high X) X) as X.
