(TARGET_EXPAND_BUILTIN_SAVEREGS): Likewise.
(TARGET_STRICT_ARGUMENT_NAMING): Likewise.
(sparc_builtin_saveregs): Make it static.
(sparc_promote_prototypes): New.
(sparc_struct_value_rtx): Likewise.
(sparc_return_in_memory): Likewise.
