* config/mips/mips.h (PREDICATE_CODES): Add macc_msac_operand.
* config/mips/mips.c (macc_msac_operand): New function.
* config/mips/mips.md (*msac): Move after *macc.
(*msac2): New. Generalize macc-related peepholes so that they apply
to msac too.
