* dwarf2out.c (default_eh_frame_section): Split into ...
(named_section_eh_frame_section, collect2_eh_frame_section): ... new
functions.
* output.h (named_section_eh_frame_section): Declare.
(collect2_eh_frame_section): Likewise.
