* config/spu/t-spu-elf (LIB2_SIDITI_CONV_FUNC): Define.
* config/spu/spu.h (MIN_UNITS_PER_WORD): Do not define.
(LIBGCC2_UNITS_PER_WORD): Define if not already defined.
