* config/picochip/picochip.c (TARGET_EXCEPT_UNWIND_INFO):
Define it to be UI_NONE for picochip.
(picochip_option_override): Do not disable exception flags
* config/picochip/picochip-protos.h (picochip_except_unwind_info)
