Properly set ld_library_path in cilk-plus tests
* gcc.dg/cilk-plus/cilk-plus.exp: Append to ld_library_path.
Call set_ld_library_path_env_vars.
* g++.dg/cilk-plus/cilk-plus.exp: Likewise.
