* config/cris/cris.md ("*andsi_movu", "*andsi_clear", "*andhi_movu")
("*andhi_clear", andu (casesi+45)): For size-changed operand where
memory is allowed, require !side_effects_p, not just !MEM_VOLATILE_P.
