* gcc-interface/decl.c (gnat_to_gnu_entity): Rewrite Esize calculation.
<E_Signed_Integer_Subtype>: Set the RM size on the integer type
before wrapping it up in the record type. Do not overwrite the
Ada size of the record type with the Esize.
