New standard name Excluded_Source_List_File
* prj-attr.adb:
New project level attribute Excluded_Source_List_File
* prj-nmsc.adb:
(Find_Excluded_Sources): New parameter Project.
Get excluded sources from
file indicated by attribute Excluded_Source_List_File, when present and
neither Excluded_Source_Files nor Locally_Removed_Files are declared.
