* config/xtensa/lib1funcs.asm: Rename abi_entry/abi_return macros
to leaf_entry/leaf_return. Change leaf_entry to add 16 bytes to
the frame size. Update to use the new macros.
* config/xtensa/ieee754-sf.S: Use new leaf_entry/leaf_return macros.
* config/xtensa/ieee754-df.S: Likewise.
