* dbxout.c (dbxout_type): Ignore POINTER_BOUNDS_TYPE.
* dwarf2out.c (gen_subprogram_die): Ignore bound args.
(gen_type_die_with_usage): Skip pointer bounds.
(dwarf2out_global_decl): Likewise.
