* calls.c: Don't reference FINAL_REG_PARM_STACK_SPACE or
MAYBE_REG_PARM_STACK_SPACE.
* function.c: Likewise.
* system.h (FINAL_REG_PARM_STACK_SPACE): Poison.
(MAYBE_REG_PARM_STACK_SPACE): Likewise.
* doc/tm.texi (FINAL_REG_PARM_STACK_SPACE): Remove.
(MAYBE_REG_PARM_STACK_SPACE): Likewise.
