* xref_lib.adb, sfn_scan.adb: Remove mention of OS/2, replace NT by
Windows.
* env.c: Remove empty conditional for MSDOS.
* s-stchop.adb, g-dirope.ads, s-fileio.adb, osint.ads: Remove mention
of OS/2 in comment.
