* binutils-all/dw2-decodedline.S: Always have whitespace before
directives.
* binutils-all/version.s: Likewise.
* binutils-all/objdump.exp (dw2-decodedline): Don't run for
hppa64*-*-hpux*, i370-*-*, i960-*-*.
