	the output of linker to the file tmpdir/*-dso.so.
	* ld-sh/sh64/stobin-0-dso.d: New.
	* ld-sh/sh64/stobin-1.d: New.
	* ld-sh/sh64/stobin.s: New.
	* ld-sh/sh64/stolib.s: New.
