rewrite Reset Watchdog Timer command to use new provider API
Modify to use the new provider API. One by one, change calls to
remove any legacy API constructs.
Tested-by: ipmitool mc watchdog get
ipmitool mc watchdog off
ipmitool mc watchdog reset
